The Professional Dashboard is an online educational platform developed for healthcare professionals. It provides access to clinical resources including, but not limited to:

Content is provided for educational purposes and may be updated, expanded, modified or removed as the platform evolves.
Membership does not guarantee access to any specific future resource unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
By creating an account you confirm that:

- you will comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Membership & Subscription

4. Subscription Fees

By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing using your selected payment method unless your subscription is cancelled before the next renewal date.
If a payment cannot be processed, access to premium content may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.
Prices may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Renewal charges are processed using your nominated payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.
6. Account Security

You agree not to:

- allow multiple users to access a single subscription;

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reproduce or distribute membership content without written permission;
- sell, licence or commercially exploit any resources;
- upload membership content to public websites or social media;
- share downloadable resources outside your organisation unless expressly permitted;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the Professional Dashboard, including:
- articles;
- graphics;
- infographics;
- educational posters;
- downloadable resources;
- clinical guides;
- illustrations;
- branding;
- website content; and
- educational materials,
remains the intellectual property of Dr Roelof Cronjé and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Membership grants a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal professional education only.
Ownership of the content does not transfer to members.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.

14. Digital Delivery
The Professional Dashboard is a digital subscription service.
No physical products are shipped.
Access to membership resources is generally provided immediately following successful payment, although activation may occasionally take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

15. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where a member:
- breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- shares login credentials;
- infringes copyright;
- attempts unauthorised access;
- engages in fraudulent activity;
- fails to pay subscription fees;
- abuses or disrupts the platform.
Termination under these circumstances may occur without refund where permitted by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr Roelof Cronjé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:
- use of the Professional Dashboard;
- inability to access the platform;
- reliance upon educational content;
- temporary interruptions of service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
